We just had our first visit at Ahmad’s practice and were very happy with his care. He was so great with our XL dog, and took his time explaining the multiple concerns we had, as well as our options without any pressure. Definitely recommend going to Boyne.
I love this clinic! They are so good with my dogs! They show true care and compassion with the animals they treat and are very good with the treats and pets! My girls are treated like one of the family. I like that!
Dr Anwar and staff at Boyne have been careful and provide reasonable options and explanations. I have gone to every local clinic with all my animals from wasaga to Barrie and Alliston and Boyne has been the most dependable particularly when they’ve had complicated problems.
We had our first vet visit today at Boyne and I was very impressed. The clinic felt inviting and home -like and was clean. Staff were non judgmental and caring. They fit us in as my 4 year old Shih Tzu has been unwell. The Dr was compassionate and thorough. No hidden agenda or costs which was nice. Thank you all again so much.
Brought in a stray we just took in, paid for an exam and told the cat was okay then got home and figured out he had both ticks and worms. Vet didn’t throughly check him at all, plus has poor bedside manners.
In 2017 I took my puppy to get his first set of shots and he had a reaction to it, I called and they were going to make us wait a week before looking at him! Took him to the Beeton vet that same day and they were able to help us out. Now I have found out that they have shared my information without confirming with me first, called and spoke with Pattie (manager) and she couldn’t care less. Your information is not confidential with this vet!!! They are not easy to deal with, I highly don’t recommend. Update: After reading your response it actually baffles my mind, if someone would like to contact me in regards to your "very strict confidentiality policy" I would love to hear from you and pass along the information I received from my lawyer with Patties hand written note stating she had changed the information without my consent. I truly hope no one else is put in the situation she put me in.
Though we are still in a lot of pain and grieving the loss of our sweet darling kitty cat we wanted to express our gratitude For all the empathy and support we received at the Alliston clinic. For the past month I felt like a permanent fixture in the clinic when Cinnamon became ill. Each time I was there my heart broke a little more knowing that she was getting older and had lots going on. Each time I was consoled and provided a consistent prognosis by each doctor as painful as it was. The genuine compassion experienced with each staff member helped us get through it all And of course the expertise of the vets, even though the outcome was not good for our sweet old gal. Thank you for being there, thank you all for everything Dr Funston, Dr Antaki, Dr Knobel, Dr Bradley, Patti, Michael, Jeannelle. We appreciate all that you do. Danielle and Terry Perrelli.
